Decent restaurant for this area of town. Service is usually great. Staff have always been cordial and consistent. The best part part about any Ruby Tuesday is the salad bar. You can pretty much add the salad bar to your entree for extra. The next best thing here to me is the "minis."The tiny burgers will hit the spot.

Hit or miss at this restaurant. Some nights it's a solid four stars, good food and outgoing servers. But the last two times I went it wasn't great service, restaurant was dirty and the overall experience was pretty bad. But the food always remain 3 stars. Good, but not great.

Honestly, this Ruby Tuesday location is sub par in comparison to other locations. I have dined here several times because it is convenient located just off I-10, but I am letdown each time. The main thing I come for is the"fresh" salad bar. But the ingredients are always in disarray. The mushrooms are mixed with the green peppers and the cheese is mixed with the carrots etc......always you get the picture. They should have someone assigned to overlook the salad bar to ensure it is full and cleaned!! Each time I have visited, tables next to me have sent food back or have complained about the lack of service. C'mon Ruby Tuesday get it together!! I don't like posting reviews less than 3 stars. I will update my review once they get better.

We visited this location 2 years ago while passing through the area. Returned this evening, service was great and the salad bar was fully stocked, I should mention we went in a little over an hour before closing. Overall a great dining experience will return next time we are passing through.

There was a strange smell as you walked in...but for some reason every Ruby Tuesday i have been to has that these days. I don't eat here too often but to be honest, the food was excellent. I got the asiago pepper steak with a side of onion rings and grilled veggies. The steak was cooked perfectly and was around 6 oz. It was as good as Outback, long horn, and the like and with the same prices. The onion rings had beautiful color and were crunchy to the bite. The veggies were shining so I assumed they were swimming in oil so I will have to ask for no oil next time. I'm in town for work so will probably be eating here all week. Its worth a try when your on the road.

My wife was here for lunch Friday 10/3/14 with her coworkers. They all had the salad bar. She saw something that looked like a string in her salad! When she pulled it out it was a large roach!

Great food and service at an affordable price. The salad bar was clean and the fresh croutons were still warm and delicious. The service was great and my glass was always full.

A step above McDonalds, but only because they serve beer. Salad bar was nice. Service was friendly but inattentive.

Take another exit.. The salad bar is inviting but the service delays price and taste will quickly overwhelm any first impressions.

A friend & I came out for a drinks & appetizer gab-fest and got an ancient waitress who'd just fallen off a turnip truck. I'd never been so un-helped in my life, and I'm pretty old! When I asked the difference between a couple wine selections, she tried to bluff her way through it rather than ask someone. When she saw my expression, she offered to ask someone. It was all I could do to wait until she finished asking before I said "yes". She hovered in our peripheral vision to distraction and came over to the table more often than was necessary as our glasses weren't empty and our appetizers weren't terrible. That there was a dearth of other customers didn't help. She apparently had no supervision and she needed someone to make her stop. We ended up cutting short our visit, having missed out on the fun we've had before at other Ruby Tuesday locations.

Food is marginal to bad. The place smells odd when you first walk in. We got takeout and they added a 20 pct gratuity! Fail. I refused to pay it. They didn't argue. Avoid this place.

Standard Ruby Tuesdays. All the tv's are in the smoking/bar section which was disappointing but service was quick and polite. If you are at the next door Hampton then this place is a shoe-in for dinner.
